Since 2021, NP Brows & Lashes has offered Pico Laser Tattoo Removal, a fast and gentle way to correct past brow work. Our careful, precise approach has helped many clients return to a fresh, natural-looking base, ready for beautiful new brows.

To reflect the rising cost of materials and care, our Laser & New Brows Combo is currently priced at 7,500,000 VND, or 8,500,000 VND for the men’s combo. This package pairs Pico Laser Removal, which lifts previous permanent makeup or microblading, with a set of brand-new eyebrows created by our Founder, Nhung Phan. You will experience our signature techniques, including the renowned Satori Technique™, Dazzle Brows™, Sandy Brows®, and Satori Hybrid™.

Terms & Conditions

1. Participation in the Laser & New Brows Combo is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. All amounts stated are in Vietnamese Dong (VND).

2. NP Brows & Lashes highly recommends booking a consultation in advance. The NP Team will assess your brows and skin and advise the most suitable solution before treatment begins.

3. Number of sessions and results: the number of laser removal sessions needed varies from person to person and depends on the pigment used, its depth, and its colour. The NP Team will advise the expected plan at consultation. Results vary between individuals, and complete pigment removal, or lightening to a specific shade, cannot be guaranteed, as some pigment colours respond less predictably to laser.

4. Aftercare: you must follow the aftercare guidance provided by the NP Team. Healing and final results depend in part on proper aftercare and on your body’s individual response.

5. The Laser & New Brows Combo is priced at 7,500,000 VND, and at 8,500,000 VND for the men’s combo. Full payment is required prior to your first removal session. The package price is fixed at the amount paid on the date of purchase and is not affected by any later price changes.

6. If you choose not to complete the laser removal process or the new brows service, or have any part of it done elsewhere, you agree to forfeit your combo package payment.

7. The combo package is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, sold, or assigned to another person.

8. A reservation is considered a “No Show” if the customer cannot be contacted within thirty (30) minutes of the appointment time, unless adequate notice (at least 3 hours in advance) has been given.

9. If you miss reserved appointments 3 consecutive times, or fail to give at least 3 hours’ notice to cancel a scheduled appointment, you agree to forfeit your combo package payment.

10. New eyebrow services eligible under the Laser Removal x New Brows Combo are:

• Satori Technique™

• Dazzle Brows™

• Sandy Brows®

• Satori Hybrid™

11. The combo package is considered complete once the customer has received both the laser removal and the new eyebrows service. Any laser removal or adjustment requested after the package is complete is treated as a brand-new, separately charged service.

12. The Laser Removal x New Brows Combo must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase.

13. Each laser removal session must be scheduled no more than 8 weeks apart, to keep the treatment effective and avoid unnecessarily prolonging the overall process.

14. Following the final laser removal session, the new brows service must be completed within 6 months. Failure to schedule the new brows service within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the remaining service without refund.

15. Any request to change the time limits set out above must be approved by the NP Team in advance.

16. The Laser Removal x New Brows Combo cannot be combined with, and is not compatible with, other ongoing programs, promotions, or discounts.

17. NP Brows & Lashes reserves the right to cancel the combo package, or to change these Terms & Conditions, at any time and at its sole discretion.

18. In the event of any dispute, the decision of NP Brows & Lashes is final.
