NP Referral Program

At NP Brows & Lashes, some of our most treasured clients first walked through our doors because a friend told them about us. The NP Referral Program is our way of saying thank you for that trust. When someone you refer comes in for an eligible service, you earn 10% of their service fee. No codes to remember and no complicated steps, just four easy ones.

How it works

Step 1: Share the love. Tell your friends, family, or anyone who would enjoy our brows, lips, lashes, or eyeliner services about your experience at NP Brows & Lashes.

Step 2: They mention you. When your friend books or arrives for their appointment, they simply give our team the phone number or email address you are registered with at NP Brows & Lashes. That is how we identify you as their referrer, so please make sure your friend has the correct details before their visit.

Step 3: They enjoy an eligible service and leave a review. Your friend completes one of our qualifying treatments and leaves a review for NP Brows & Lashes on Google and our Facebook page, then shows it to our team at checkout.

Step 4: You receive your reward. You earn 10% of your friend's service fee, ready to collect from the beginning of the following month.

The NP Referral Program is ongoing with no fixed end date, so remember to invite your friends to mention you the next time they visit us, because ‘Sharing is caring.’

Terms & Conditions

1. By taking part in the NP Referral Program, you (the “Referrer”) agree to the Terms & Conditions below.

2. A “Referred Customer” is a person who books and pays for an eligible service at NP Brows & Lashes and identifies you as their referrer by providing your registered phone number or email address.

3. The Referred Customer must name the Referrer at the time of booking or, at the latest, before payment is taken. A referral cannot be added, changed, or claimed after the service has been paid for.

4. The Referred Customer must be a first-time client of NP Brows & Lashes. Referrals of existing or returning clients do not qualify.

5. The Referrer must be an existing client with a valid phone number or email address on file, so we can verify the referral and arrange the reward.

6. Referral Reward: the Referrer earns 10% of the service fee actually paid by the Referred Customer for an eligible service and excluding retail products, aftercare items, deposits, and any taxes or fees.

7. Eligible services under the NP Referral Program are limited to those listed below. Any service not listed does not qualify:

• Eyebrows: Ombre shading (Dazzle Brows™, Sandy Brows®), Hybrid Satori and Hairstrokes (Satori Technique™)

• Lips: Luscious Lips™ and Luminous Lips™

• Eyeliner: Eyeliner Enhancement (Classic Eyeliner), Ombre Eyeliner (Luminous Eyeliner™, Amore Eyeliner™)

8. Review requirement: to qualify, the Referred Customer must leave a review for NP Brows & Lashes on Google and our Facebook page and show it to our team at checkout.

9. Reward payment: rewards are calculated on the number of qualified Referred Customers in a given month and are payable from the beginning of the following month. Any unclaimed reward will automatically expire one year from the 15th of the month following the qualifying referral.

10. The Referrer and the Referred Customer must be two different individuals. Referring yourself, including by using a different phone number, email address, or identity, is not permitted.

11. Each Referred Customer may be counted once only, for their first eligible service. A person cannot be referred by more than one Referrer.

12. Eligibility is limited to individuals. The NP Referral Program cannot be used by businesses or for any commercial purpose.

13. The NP Referral Program cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions, offers, or discounts.

14. Rewards have no cash alternative unless we decide otherwise, and cannot be transferred or sold to another person.

15. NP Brows & Lashes reserves the right to withhold or cancel any reward, and to close the account of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer, if we reasonably believe the NP Referral Program is being used in a fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise questionable manner, or if any of these Terms are breached.

16. NP Brows & Lashes reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions, or to pause or end the NP Referral Program, at any time and at its sole discretion. Any unclaimed rewards may be forfeited at that time.

17. In the event of any dispute, the decision of NP Brows & Lashes is final.
