Nhung Phan has spent over a decade mastering the art of cosmetic tattooing and beauty education. What began as a passion for precision grew into NP Brows & Lashes — and then into NP Collective, a vision for a complete beauty and wellness destination that Saigon deserves.
Her philosophy is simple: every client deserves thoughtful consultation, skilled hands, and results that genuinely enhance their natural features — not erase them.

165 Đinh Tiên Hoàng, District 1 — the address that started everything. NP Brows & Lashes opens its first studio and quickly earns a reputation for precision and care.
First PMU Conference in Asia
NP Academy hosts the first-ever Permanent Makeup Conference in Asia — bringing world-renowned artists and hundreds of participants from across the globe to Ho Chi Minh City.
Ukiyo Spa opens
To expand her love for holistic wellness, Ms. Nhung Phan launches Ukiyo® Spa — a sanctuary focused on massage, body scrubs, facials, and hair care. The Collective grows.
