At NP Brows & Lashes x Ukiyo Spa, we are committed to a relaxing experience and the highest service quality for every guest, which depends on fair and efficient scheduling. Please review the following:

1. Appointments

• Appointments are held for a maximum of 10 minutes after the scheduled time. After that, without notice, the appointment is cancelled to prioritise other guests.
• For clients who book and don't show up without notice despite our calls or messages, future appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure the slot.
• Group bookings of 3 or more guests require a 50% deposit of the total service cost.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellation

• If you reschedule or cancel less than 24 hours in advance twice in a row, your next booking is only secured once the full service fee is paid in advance.
• If late reschedules or cancellations continue, all future bookings require full prepayment, and the fee is not refunded if further changes or cancellations are made.
• We don't offer rescheduling, refunds, or service-fee credits for missed appointments or late cancellations without at least 24 hours' notice.

3. Additional Notes

• Last-minute changes disrupt our operations and affect other clients. We kindly ask for thoughtful scheduling so your treatment goes smoothly.
• In cases of sudden illness or unforeseen emergencies, please reach out as early as possible so we can offer flexible assistance when possible.

All four NP Collective brands share one building at 165 Dinh Tien Hoang, Tan Dinh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (previously District 1, Ho Chi Minh City). We're on the left side of Đinh Tiên Hoàng street. If your taxi or Grab drops you on the right side, don't worry, give us a quick call and our team will help you cross safely.

We highly recommend booking ahead through our online booking page or by calling us, so we can have everything ready for you and avoid long waits. Walk-ins are welcome and served subject to availability at the time of your visit.

Our team is fluent in both English and Vietnamese, so international guests can feel completely at home. If you have any questions before or during your visit, just ask, we're always glad to help.

Please arrive about 15 minutes before your appointment. First-time guests fill in a quick check-in form and receive a short consultation with our team, so arriving early ensures your full treatment time is reserved for you.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and JCB (excluding Amex and Diners Club), as well as cash and bank transfers.

Additionally, a transaction fee will be applied for card payments:

• For invoices from 10,000,000VND and above, a 3% card transaction fee will be applied if payment is made via credit or debit card.
• This fee does not apply to payments made via bank transfer or cash.
• The 3% card transaction fee is a fixed charge collected by the payment service provider and is non-refundable under all circumstances.

We have limited motorbike parking on-site. If you're arriving by car, please let us know in advance when booking and again when you're close, and feel free to drop off other guests at our door first. Nearby car parking is available at 2 Bis Nguyễn Thị Minh Khai and Hoa Lư Sports Center, 2 Đinh Tiên Hoàng. Once parked, give us a call and we'll assist with pick-up back to us when staff are available.

Our brows & lashes services are on the ground floor and accessible for guests using wheelchairs. Our spa services are on the first and second floors, and as the building has no elevator, these areas may not be wheelchair accessible. Please contact us in advance so we can advise on suitable services and help plan a comfortable visit.

A locker is provided for your personal belongings. We recommend leaving valuables at home, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your items.

Our beloved English Bulldog, Sake, has been part of the team since 2020. Sake is well-groomed and adored by many guests. If you have allergies or would prefer a pet-free space, just let us know in advance and we'll make the arrangements.

Please note that Sake is the only pet allowed in store, so we kindly ask that you don't bring your own pets with you, as this helps us keep the space clean and serene for everyone.

Guests under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Some permanent makeup services may have additional age requirements — please ask us when booking and we'll be glad to advise.

NP Brows & Lashes is our longest-standing brand. We offer permanent makeup (brows, lips, and eyeliner) done by Ms. Nhung Phan. As well as lash extensions, lash lifts, lamination, tinting, and shaping performed by experienced, detail-focused technicians.

Whether PMU or lash services, we never proceed without your full understanding and explicit approval. Every step is discussed and clearly explained for complete transparency and comfort. While we respect your preferences, we only carry out requests that align with our professional expertise and judgment, prioritising what is best for your features and long-term satisfaction.

A touch-up is a second session to refine your result after it heals. It is usually done about 4 weeks after brows and eyeliner, and 2 months after lips. During healing it is normal for the color to fade up to around 10 -15% and for some flaking or dry patches to appear, so a touch-up perfects the shape and color. It isn't required if you are already happy with your result.

Your service fee includes one free touch-up, so there is nothing extra to pay when you return on schedule. Because the touch-up is complimentary, we don't offer a refund for clients who choose not to use it.

If you miss your scheduled touch-up, an additional fee applies based on how late it is, calculated from your initial touch-up date:

• Within the scheduled window: no added fee
• 2 months after the initial touch-up appointment: 50% of the original service fee
• 4 months after: 75% of the original service fee
• 6 months onwards: treated as a new service

Please keep your scheduled touch-up to get the best result. If you can't make it, let us know at least 24 hours ahead. We allow up to 2 reschedules; from the 3rd onwards, an additional 50% of the original service fee applies.

A non-refundable deposit of 1,080,000 VND (including 8% VAT) secures your permanent makeup appointment.

• Payment options: cash, bank transfer, or PayPal (5% PayPal fee), Zelle, Venmo for international clients .
• One deposit secures one slot for one client and is non-transferable.
• Your deposit must be made and verified before your appointment, otherwise the reservation is voided.
• A booking is treated as a "no-show" if we can't reach you within 30 minutes, unless you've given adequate notice (48 hours in advance).
• Because daily slots are limited, any cancellation or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, or a change of mind, results in the deposit being forfeited.

Ukiyo Spa is our newest brand and a haven of calm in the heart of District 1. We offer body massage (70 / 100 / 130 minutes), body scrubs (fruit and sugar), facials, and hair wash treatments, each designed to help you slow down and restore.

You don't need to bring anything as we provide a spa outfit, disposable underwear, toiletries, hairbrush, and hairdryer.

Yes. We have both male and female technicians who are highly skilled and attentive. Simply note your preference when booking and our team will confirm it with you via WhatsApp, iMessage, or email.

We send a reminder 24 hours before your appointment via WhatsApp, iMessage, or email, and ask that you confirm within that window. Unconfirmed appointments may be released to other clients, and arriving without prior confirmation will be treated as a walk-in, subject to availability.

Your safety is our priority. Our fruit scrubs use fresh, gentle ingredients such as avocado, young coconut, pumpkin, pineapple, perilla, fresh milk, yogurt, and ground rice. For oils, sugar scrubs, and other products we work only with trusted, certified suppliers. Please tell us about any allergies or sensitivities in advance so we can adjust or substitute, and request a patch test if you have a history of reactions. If you feel any discomfort during a treatment, let our staff know immediately.

To maintain consistent quality, hygiene, and safety, all massages use our in-house selection of professional-grade, dermatologically tested oils. Guests aren't able to bring or request their own oils, but if you have allergies or sensitivities we'll do our best to accommodate you with an approved in-house alternative.

Treatments take place in a shared space where each bed is separated by soft curtains for a quiet, private experience. A private massage room is available on request, subject to availability, and is reserved for massage services for male guests and couples.

Packages apply to body massage, body scrubs, and 12-step facials (facial add-ons excluded). Enjoy Buy 5 Get 1 Free (6 sessions) or Buy 10 Get 2 Free (12 sessions). Packages are non-refundable, valid for 2 years from purchase, and transferable to friends and family with prior notice. Sessions are for one person per visit, cannot be split or combined.

Tipping is never required — our technicians are well compensated and our focus is always on your experience. If you do choose to leave a tip, 100% goes directly to your technician as a gesture of appreciation.

Nhung Phan Academy offers professional training in permanent makeup lashes & spa, led by experienced artists from our own studio. Courses cover technique, theory, hygiene and safety, and plenty of hands-on practice so you leave ready to work with confidence.

No prior experience is required for our foundation courses — they're designed to take you from the basics through to client-ready skills. We also offer advanced training for practitioners who want to refine their technique or learn a new specialty. Let us know your background and goals and we'll recommend the right course.

Yes. On completing a course you'll receive a certificate recognising your training with Nhung Phan Academy. Please note that requirements vary from place to place, so we recommend checking with your local authorities to confirm what qualifications you need to practise in your area.
