What is Permanent Makeup?
Permanent Makeup (PMU) is a form of cosmetic tattooing that deposits pigment into the skin to create long-lasting definition for brows, lips, and eyes. Results can last 2–3 years and are fully customised to your facial features, skin tone, and personal style.
At NP Brows & Lashes, every procedure is performed by Ms. Nhung Phan — with over 14 years of experience in the PMU industry — using premium pigments and tools imported directly from the US and Europe.

Eyeliner Permanent Makeup is designed to subtly define and enhance the eyes by adding depth along the lash line. From a soft natural enhancement to a more defined makeup effect, each eyeliner style is tailored to your eye shape and preference.
A quick overview
Numbing
Before the procedure begins, the area will be numbed for approximately 20 - 30 minutes. The numbing products used follow US safety guidelines, so while the area will feel more comfortable, you may still feel slight sensations during the procedure rather than being completely numb.
Shaping
The brow shape will be carefully drawn based on your natural brow hair, facial features, and overall balance. We will go through the shape together, and the procedure will only begin once you are fully happy with and approve the mapping.

Your procedure will be performed by Ms. Nhung Phan, who has over 14 years of experience in the PMU industry. Premium products imported directly from the US and Europe are used to help achieve refined, long lasting, and natural looking results.
