Booking & Online Consultation
After your appointment is confirmed, our team will contact you for an online consultation. This helps you fully understand the process, what to expect, and allows us to plan your appointment based on your eye condition and length of stay. Pre-care instructions will also be shared to help you prepare before your visit.
Arrival & Numbing
On the day of your appointment, please arrive without makeup. You will be guided to cleanse your face to ensure hygiene and reduce the risk of infection.
A topical anesthetic is then applied for approximately 30 minutes to ensure comfort throughout the procedure. Only products that comply with US regulations are used for safety.
Shaping & Approval
Ms. Nhung will carefully assess your eyes and recommend the most suitable technique. The eyeliner wing is then designed based on your natural eye shape. As no eyes are perfectly even, the goal is to achieve a balanced and harmonious result rather than identical wings.
The procedure begins only after you approve the height, thickness, and length of the wing. Only black pigment is used for eyeliner to ensure long-term stability and prevent unwanted color shifts over time.
The Procedure
The eyeliner permanent makeup process takes approximately 20 to 60 minutes, depending on the technique selected. Precise, controlled strokes are used for a clean, symmetrical finish.
Final Check & Soothing
Once completed, Ms. Nhung will perform a final assessment to ensure optimal results. An ice roller will be prepared for you to soothe the skin for approximately 10 to 20 minutes. Detailed aftercare instructions will then be sent via WhatsApp or your preferred communication channel.
Touch-up
For clients staying in Saigon or visiting long-term, a touch-up session will be scheduled around 1 month later to refine the eyeliner. For short visits, additional pigment will be applied during the initial session so the eyes heal beautifully even without a touch-up. More details about the touch-up process can be found here.

Before you commit
Eyeliner permanent makeup is suitable for anyone who wants defined, smudge-proof eyes without the daily effort of applying liner. It is especially ideal for those with sensitive eyes, contact lens wearers, or anyone who struggles to apply liner evenly. We do not perform the service during pregnancy or breastfeeding, for clients with active eye infections or inflammation, or those on blood thinners, Accutane, or undergoing active cancer treatment. Clients with oily skin may see faster fading. Please mention any eye conditions or previous eye procedures when booking.
Have your eye lift done first, then wait 3 to 6 months until it has fully healed before getting eyeliner. This makes sure your eyeliner is shaped to your final eye shape.
Before the appointment
In the 24 hours before: avoid alcohol, caffeine, and blood-thinning medications (consult your doctor first). On the day: arrive without eye makeup, including mascara, eyeshadow, and eyeliner. Do not wear contact lenses to the appointment. Please bring your glasses if needed.
During the treatment
A topical numbing cream is applied before we begin. The eye area is sensitive, but most clients describe the sensation as a light pressure or vibration rather than pain. The numbing is topped up throughout the session to keep you as comfortable as possible.
It is best to allow 2 - 2.5 hours for your first appointment. This includes the consultation, numbing, design and approval, the procedure itself, and the post-treatment soothing step. Please don't plan a tight schedule on appointment day.
After & Healing
Immediately after, the liner will appear crisp and slightly darker than the final healed result, similar to freshly applied eyeliner. By day 1 to 2, light scabbing may form along the lash line, which is completely normal. By day 4, around 80% of the scabbing will have naturally shed. By day 5, if aftercare is followed correctly, the eye area should return to normal. The final settled color will appear softer and more natural than the freshly done result.
Follow the aftercare routine provided at your appointment. Avoid rubbing, touching, or picking at the eye area. Stay away from swimming, saunas, heavy sweating, and direct sun on the treated area. Do not apply makeup or skincare products directly on or near the liner until fully healed. Avoid wearing contact lenses until healing is complete.
